One Month Intensive Ayurveda Course
Veda Wellness Ayurveda Center conducts one month Ayurveda Course throughout the year. The course is designed & conducted by well qualified & experienced Ayurveda physicians, Therapist & Experts from the field of Ayurveda – The Science of Life. The Ayurveda course enables a student to learn the Basic Fundamentals of Ayurveda, Ayurveda treatments and therapies, along with the scientific approach on how the treatments and therapies work on the complex human system.

8. About Ayurvedic Massages.- Indication, procedure and preparation.

- Elakkizhi (bolus bag massage with medicinal leaves).
- Nhavarakkizhi (bolus bag massage with nhavara rice).

- Shirodhara.
- Udhwarthana (Powder massage).
- Nasyam.
- Kadivasthi (for low back pain).
- Greeva vasthi (for Neck pain).

The One Month course is a comprehensive programme of learning which provides the learner with the opportunity to acquire health assessment and diagnostic skills of tri-dosha (vata/ pitta/ kapha), body type, knowledge of treatments and an ability to appraise their effectiveness in maintaining the health and well being of the individual.

Yoga – 2 days one hour demonstration of important Asanas.
The course fee is inclusive of the cost towards the Cost of oil/powder used at the time of Practical.
